PhD Project

I work at the intersection of the philosophy of language, the philosophy of mind, and the philosophy of (cognitive) science (with a personal interest in Bayesian/probabilistic models of cognition). My current research aims to develop a formal and conceptual framework to describe the relation between cognitive structures (e.g. concepts), public meaning, and the possibility of communication. In particular, I am interesting in investigating the nature of both cognitive and linguistic representational structures with a focus on debates surrounding conceptual structure and cognitive vs. truth-conditional semantics.
